I'm Fedor. I build software, lead teams, and tinker with side projects.

I'm a VP of Application Development at Catalis, where I lead teams building a GovTech software covering public works, citizen engagement, and finance departments. I architect scalable, multi-tenant, platforms using AWS (ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, Aurora, etc) and own the DevOps strategy end-to-end: CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, alerting, and deployment automation.

Before Catalis I was Director of Technology at MuniSight, leading tech strategy through the acquisition and integration. Before that I spent seven years at NIRIX growing from individual contributor to team lead, where I designed and built the company's first multi-tenant SaaS platform.

I'm a passionate advocate for agentic coding — I champion AI adoption with Claude and other tools to accelerate development workflows. I still write code daily and believe the best engineering leaders stay hands-on.

Outside of work I tinker with side projects. I have a home lab that runs proxmox where I experiment and host several of my project.
